This may include information such as:
- Learning progress;

- Enrollment information; and
- Certificate-related information.
Because some information may be stored within the current browser environment, accessing the platform from another browser, device, private/incognito session, or cleared browser environment may result in some information not being available. 12. Website and Platform Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website and learning platform operational.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may temporarily suspend or restrict access when necessary to maintain, secure, update, or improve the Services.
13. Payments and Fees
Where course enrollment requires payment, the applicable price will be displayed before the purchase is completed.
By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the applicable course fee and any other clearly disclosed charges.
We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases.
A price change will not automatically alter the price of an already completed purchase unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
14. Refunds and Cancellations
All course fees and payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once a learner has successfully enrolled in the course and/or gained access to the digital course materials, the purchase is considered final. We do not provide refunds, partial refunds, credits, or transfers due to change of mind, failure to complete the course, lack of use, or personal circumstances.

A learner's failure to complete the course, failure to achieve the required passing grade, failure to complete assessments, or expiration or loss of access to the learner's account does not create an entitlement to a refund.
No refunds will be issued for completed purchases except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a course you have purchased, please contact us through the official contact information provided on our website so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, assist in restoring access.
